ingredients:
- 80g gem lettuce
- Minced pork
- 1 Lemongrass, chopped
- 2 Shallots
- Lime
- Toasted rice powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Bird eye chilli
- Green onion
- Basil
Pork marinade:
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- Marinate minced pork with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
