ingredients:

  • 80g gem lettuce
  • Minced pork
  • 1 Lemongrass, chopped
  • 2 Shallots
  • Lime
  • Toasted rice powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Bird eye chilli
  • Green onion
  • Basil

Pork marinade:

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
