ingredients:
5 garlic, minced
3-4 bird eyes chilli (more or less depending how spicy you want it to be)
250g minced pork
1 cup chopped green beans
1 egg
a handful of fresh basil leaves
Sauce:
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water
steps:
- Add cooking oil to a heated pan and fry your egg. Use a spoon to baste the oil over the egg. Then set aside.
- Add minced garlic and chillies to the pan. Fry until the garlic starts turning golden brown.
- Add minced pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Throw in the chopped green beans and stir-fry for a minute. Then pour in the stir-fry sauce.
- When everything is cooked and well combined, turn off the heat and throw in fresh basil.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
