Hong Kong spam and egg macaroni soup is the ultimate comfort food, often served served in cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style cafes). It’s a simple yet nostalgic dish made with macaroni, a savoury chicken broth, fried spam, and a fried egg.
This dish is one of my favourite breakfasts to order growing up in Hong Kong because of how warm and satisfying it is. Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast, an easy lunch, or a cozy meal on a rainy day, this classic Hong Kong staple is always a great choice!
