你好! Lei ho! My name is Karen and I was born and raised in Hong Kong for the first 18 years of my life. Growing up in a city, I enjoyed the perks of having delicious food accessible anytime anywhere. This meant that I only discovered my passion for cooking when I left home and moved to the UK for university.
