Ingredients
100g glutinous rice flour
40g tapioca flour
25g sugar
60g unsalted butter
100ml milk (or plant-based milk)
1 egg
20g cheese powder
40g shredded cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Combine glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Heat up milk and butter in a pot and bring it to a boil. Then immediately pour to the flour mixture and mix well.
- Add the egg and continue mixing.
- Add the cheese powder and shredded cheese and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag or ziplock bag (cut the corner of the bag to create a hole), and squeeze the mixture into balls (like a golf ball size).
- Bake for a total of 12 minutes. After 6 minutes, turn the tray around to bake both sides of the tray evenly, continue for another 6 minutes. Enjoy while it’s hot!
